Your experience includes working in a globally scaled product, sales, and engineering environment — you are comfortable handling large data sets and possess excellent data analytics skills. You have distinctive problem-solving abilities and can present complex information to executives and communicate effectively with highly technical leadership teams.

What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for the Infrastructure and Solutions Group at Google Cloud, you will work directly with business executives and key leaders on critical business projects. You will manage strategic initiatives that involve assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving associated business planning processes. Your role will require you to take on ambiguous challenges, applying sound business judgment while effectively communicating complex issues to diverse audiences, including sales executives and product teams.

You will immerse yourself in data collection, drawing insights from analysis to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Your ability to manage multiple competing priorities will be crucial as you prioritize tasks diligently. You will cultivate a high-performing team culture by fostering respect, integrating unique perspectives, and proactively developing talent and well-being to ensure a trusted environment and inspire cohesive execution.

What we offer

Google offers a competitive salary range for this full-time position, with a base salary between $301,000 and $418,000, along with bonuses, equity, and benefits.
