Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or analytics within a technology company. Your leadership experience spans at least 3 years, where you've successfully managed or led teams. You are proficient in working with and analyzing data, and you have a strong background in managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
Your advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus, and you are familiar with analytics tools such as R, SQL, and spreadsheets. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, which enable you to effectively collaborate with product and engineering teams. As a Product and Business Strategy Leader, you excel at bringing together teams across various functions to ensure optimal product execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut existing organizations and deliver high-impact projects. You will help engineers, product managers, and UX teams build amazing products that delight users, ensuring that these products reach their intended audience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an analytics framework to track product health, adoption metrics, and financial performance across the portfolio. You will act as the point of contact between product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams to eliminate silos and resolve operational issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with Finance and HR to manage headcount, budget, and engineering capacity, ensuring the effective deployment of talent.
