You communicate fluently in English, enabling you to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure that their needs are met effectively.

Your experience includes initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment — you thrive in settings where you can forecast resource requirements based on data-driven insights. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to perform operational assessments and risk analyses of third-party data center sites. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of third-party data centers, ensuring that they align with Google's operational standards. You will support the site selection process by leveraging your operational and technical knowledge, contributing to the strategic direction of the Facilities Management team. Your role will involve keeping main stakeholders informed about current work and discussing decisions and directions with them, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

You will perform operational assessments and risk analyses of third-party data center sites, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risks. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you work closely with various teams to ensure that all operational aspects are managed efficiently. You will also contribute to the focus area strategy, helping to set the strategy for smaller local groups within the organization.
