Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes the development and implementation of construction quality and commissioning programs, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects effectively.

With 10 years of experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, you are well-versed in process developments, implementation, and improvement. You possess a strong understanding of quality tools such as PMP, Six Sigma (Green), Lean (Lean Construction), DMAIC, and Value Stream Mapping, which you have applied in previous roles to enhance project outcomes.

Your technical skills include proficiency in SQL and Tableau, allowing you to create metrics dashboards and visualize data effectively. You are knowledgeable about operational metrics reporting, including availability, reliability, and cost management, which are crucial for assessing project performance.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. Your communication skills enable you to articulate analyses and recommendations to executives while discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring that all construction quality and commissioning processes are executed effectively. You will drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement, enhancing project efficiency and quality.
