Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in program management. Your background includes 10 years in product, engineering, operations, or technical consulting roles, and you have spent 7 years in leadership positions, whether with or without direct reports. Your expertise in cloud computing and emerging technologies sets you apart, as does your experience managing cross-functional projects and executing product launches.
You are comfortable navigating complex technical discussions and can effectively communicate analyses and recommendations to both executives and engineers. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, ensuring that all team members are aligned and motivated to achieve project goals. You understand that a problem isnβt truly solved until itβs addressed for all stakeholders involved.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional partners across the company to ensure successful execution of a rich portfolio of growth, infrastructure, and AI projects.
You will manage a team of Technical Program Managers focused on Workspace Monetization, driving mission-critical commercial success programs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the program management for a team of software engineers and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for communicating project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
