A Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. You have 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, which has equipped you with the skills to manage diverse teams effectively. Your ability to inspire and motivate others is complemented by your expertise in UX design principles and methodologies.

What you'll do

As a Senior UX Manager at Google, you will guide the careers of your team members, working closely with each of them to help them realize their full potential. You will own a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products, ensuring that design improvements are based on UX testing and stakeholder input. Your role will involve providing guidance and expertise to effectively engage stakeholders on product design to achieve product goals. You will prioritize projects, aligning resources effectively to support design project work. Your leadership will help define and drive the future of Google design, creating and clarifying product strategy while conceptualizing UX ecosystems that mitigate complexity.
