Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus, as is familiarity with user research methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and adapt as Myntra continues to evolve.

What you'll do

As the Senior UX Manager at Myntra, you will lead design initiatives that enhance the user experience across our e-commerce platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and user needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and overseeing the implementation of design elements.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team. Your role will involve regular user testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that our solutions are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and accessible.
