With 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management, you have a strong technical background that enables you to manage complex processes effectively. Your expertise includes PCBA manufacturing of Level 6 (L6) and above system integration and assembly processes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
You have a proven track record of directly managing Contract Manufacturers (CMs) or external vendors, providing day-to-day operational oversight. You excel in defining, tracking, and reporting on critical manufacturing metrics through KPI and OKR ownership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to present complex information clearly and effectively, making you a strong advocate for operational improvements.
What you'll do

You will monitor and optimize the systems used for tracking materials and production status at the Contract Manufacturers (CM) site. Your deep technical knowledge of PCBA and Top Level Assembly manufacturing processes will be crucial in troubleshooting production issues and ensuring high-yield rates.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to implement process improvements and maintain high operational standards.
