Your experience extends to mobile application development and security software development, particularly with VPNs. You are versatile and eager to tackle new challenges across the full-stack, demonstrating leadership qualities in your work. You understand the importance of optimizing solutions for performance and power, especially in the context of Android phones.

Desirable

A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, as well as experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products. Familiarity with large-scale system design and distributed computing will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at Google, you will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions for both Android apps and operating systems. You will work on projects critical to Google’s needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as the business evolves. Your role will involve debugging and fixing user-reported issues, managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
