You have experience developing software for network control planes or high-performance interconnects, and you're familiar with cluster management systems, particularly cloud platforms like Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Your expertise extends to building, monitoring, diagnostics, and testing frameworks for complex, distributed systems, and you possess a solid understanding of network topologies and protocols.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer III, you will own and lead significant design and implementation efforts for Google's Machine Learning Supercomputer infrastructure. Your role will involve developing API extensions and integrations for user-facing applications and orchestration systems. You will create comprehensive functional and integration tests for all developed software components, ensuring high reliability and performance. Additionally, you will design and build advanced diagnostics and monitoring tools that enhance the functionality of the TPU supercomputer stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software you develop meets the needs of Google's evolving technology landscape.
