Who you are

You are currently pursuing a PhD program with a focus on software development or related technical fields. You have experience coding in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python, and you are eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting. You are in your penultimate academic year or plan to return to your degree program after the internship, and you are available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time.

You have conducted research in areas such as Algorithms, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Compilers, Database, Data Mining, Distributed Systems, Machine Learning, Networking, or Systems. Your background in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design equips you with the skills necessary to tackle complex challenges.

What you'll do

As a Software Developer Intern at Google, you will work on a specific project that is critical to the company's needs.
