You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development. Your background includes 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. You have led ML design and optimized ML infrastructure for at least 5 years, focusing on model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning. Additionally, you possess 2 years of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques, such as LLMs, Multi-Modal, and Large Vision Models, or with GenAI-related concepts like language modeling and computer vision.

You are a strong technical leader with 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and setting technical direction. You thrive in cross-functional environments, having worked on projects that involve collaboration across different business units. Your expertise in data structures and algorithms is well-established, with 8 years of experience in this area. You are passionate about developing next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect and interact with information.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field would be a plus, as would experience in distributed computing, large-scale system design, and artificial intelligence.

What you'll do
