Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes developing and launching consumer electronics such as phones, laptops, or tablets, and you are well-versed in the full hardware product development lifecycle. You have a proven track record of managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, demonstrating your ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with vendors effectively. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to adapt your messaging to various audiences, from technical teams to executives.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. You will facilitate communication across cross-functional partners, ensuring that all team members are aligned on objectives and timelines. Your role will involve driving failure analysis and triage for issues, synthesizing data into clear narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
