You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5+ years of experience in program management. Your background includes managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, particularly in technical program management with a focus on software engineering and ML infrastructure projects. You possess a strong understanding of infrastructure reliability and have experience with GPUs or GPU systems. Your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate complex challenges effectively. You excel in project management, with proven skills in planning, execution, and risk management. Your communication and collaboration skills allow you to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. Your role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring high-quality results. You will drive projects to completion, addressing risks that could impact project success.
