Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes 5 years in a reliability engineering and failure analysis role within the electronics industry, showcasing your ability to handle complex technical challenges. You are proficient in reliability modeling techniques such as Weibull analysis and accelerated life models for various failure mechanisms, demonstrating your analytical skills and technical expertise.
You possess experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, ensuring that you can effectively coordinate efforts across different departments. Additionally, you have at least 1 year of experience querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL or comparable programming languages like Python or C++. Your knowledge of data center facilities and operations, including electrical and mechanical safety design approaches, sets you apart as a well-rounded candidate.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
