You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams, showcasing your ability to navigate complex project landscapes. You possess strong technical judgment, enabling you to tackle software engineering challenges such as bug triage and continuous integration. Your experience managing cross-functional projects has equipped you with the skills to influence both technical and non-technical team members effectively.

Your ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to engineers, sets you apart. You understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all, which drives your commitment to building inclusive products that create opportunities for everyone.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead software engineering projects in one of our core programming languages. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules.
