Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience managing projects. Your background includes supply chain management, demand planning, and forecasting, which equips you to handle the complexities of network infrastructure. You are skilled in cloud computing infrastructure and have experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Your ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization is a key asset, as is your experience in leading cross-functional process improvements.
You understand the nuances of global supply chain operations, planning, or logistics, and have hands-on experience with material planning, data center infrastructure, or capital investment decision-making. You thrive in environments where clear and concise communication is essential, ensuring that all stakeholders in the supply chain are aligned and informed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the forecasting, demand, and supply planning for data center networking infrastructure products. You will work closely with partner teams in procurement and materials management to track supply commitments and provide timely responses to upstream deployment teams. Your focus will be on identifying gaps and driving process improvements, such as lead time reductions and alternative source setups. You will also play a crucial role in enabling and accelerating Google's data center infrastructure growth through AI-Powered Supply Chain Planning.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that planning decisions for new technology and supply capability across data centers, networking, and machines are effectively executed. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of Google's supply chain operations, empowering both internal teams and external customers. You will be at the forefront of redefining whatβs possible in supply chain management, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
