Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes working in product development for thermal hardware and hardware manufacturing, which gives you a solid foundation for this role. You also possess a Bachelor's of Science in mechanical engineering, physics, materials science, or manufacturing engineering, which enhances your technical expertise. You have experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, demonstrating your ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Your technical skills include proficiency in various manufacturing processes such as Machining, Welding, Brazing, Soldering, Sintering, Stamping, Skiving, Assembly, Die Casting, Injection Molding, Leak Detection, and Test Design. You are familiar with Product Testing, Quality Control, and Equipment and Fixture Design, which are crucial for ensuring high-quality outputs in manufacturing. You excel in collaboration and communication, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing novel technology processes within the Cloud Supply Chain Operations team. Your core responsibility will begin with the thermal manufacturing process, where you will ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of critical technology roadmaps. You will actively monitor current technology trends and provide technical expertise and leadership for the delivery of approaches and processes for product development efforts. Your role will involve working cross-functionally to collaborate on technology direction and adoption for data center products.
You will lead critical test vehicle builds to validate Design of Experiments (DOEs) for novel manufacturing and test process parameter development. This includes ensuring that the supply chain stack is fully prepared to execute innovative manufacturing and testing approaches in production environments. You will communicate widely and transparently, keeping stakeholders appraised of progress through periodic updates and checkpoints such as engineering reviews. Your leadership will push the boundaries of existing technologies and processes, working closely with supply chain partners to achieve successful outcomes.
