What you'll do

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that all procedures are followed. You will assist in managing store operations during peak times, providing support to your team and ensuring that customers receive the best service possible. You will help train new employees, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them succeed in their roles.

Your role will involve driving sales by engaging with customers and promoting products. You will also be responsible for maintaining store standards, including cleanliness and organization. You will work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience.
