What you'll do

As a Retail Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that all procedures are followed for a smooth operation. You will assist in managing the store during peak hours, providing support to your colleagues and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly. Your role will also involve training and mentoring new employees, helping them understand their responsibilities and the importance of customer service.

You will play a key role in driving sales by engaging with customers, answering their questions, and providing recommendations. Your focus on customer satisfaction will contribute to a positive shopping environment and encourage repeat business. You will also be responsible for maintaining store standards, including cleanliness and organization, to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
