What you'll do

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring that all procedures are followed for a smooth operation. You will assist in managing the store during peak hours, providing support to your colleagues and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly. Your role will also involve training new employees, sharing your knowledge of store operations and customer service best practices.

You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Additionally, you will drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing recommendations. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
