What you'll do
As a Junior Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the Site leadership team, directly reporting to the Site Leader. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that operational standards are met at our MFCs, which involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will collaborate with various team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also involve training and mentoring new team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
