What you'll do
As a Junior Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the Site leadership team, directly reporting to a Site Leader. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that operational standards are met at our MFCs, delivering timely and accurate service to our customers. You will work closely with team members to foster a positive work environment and drive operational efficiency.
You will be involved in various aspects of operations, including overseeing daily activities, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your role will require you to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new team members, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities.
