What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the site. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, ensuring that all products are handled safely and efficiently. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, verifying that the physical inventory matches the purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies that arise.

You will manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, keeping the sales floor clean and organized. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing waste and spoilage by adhering to FIFO practices. Your role will also involve contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with their orders.

You will utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move products safely within the facility. Your ability to work in various conditions, including freezer locations, will be essential to your success in this role. Overall, you will contribute to reshaping the world of retail by ensuring that Gopuff can deliver everyday essentials to customers efficiently and reliably.
