You are comfortable with physical tasks and can lift up to 49 pounds, ensuring that you can handle the demands of the job. You are also flexible with your working hours, ready to adapt to mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operations team by picking and packing items for dispatch to customers. You will receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors, ensuring that the physical inventory count matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Managing inventory and re-shelving canceled orders will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility. You will also manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. Your role will involve contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, and you will be required to handle, scan, and move products in a well-organized manner. Additionally, you will work in freezer locations periodically throughout your shifts, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to the role.
