What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will report directly to a Site Leader and play a crucial role in the operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, receiving products, and ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly. You will work closely with delivery riders to coordinate the timely delivery of products to customers. Your role will require you to be proactive and detail-oriented, as you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of orders.
You will also be involved in various warehouse tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations team. This may include organizing inventory, assisting with stock management, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.
