You have experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment, ideally in food and beverage operations. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and can effectively manage a team to achieve this. You are detail-oriented and can maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in store operations. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to convey expectations clearly to your team and collaborate with other departments.
What you'll do
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Starbucks location, ensuring that all team members are deployed effectively to meet customer needs. You will assist the Site Leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, focusing on order accuracy and fast delivery. Your role will involve delegating tasks to baristas and ensuring that they create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers.
You will model and act in accordance with both Starbucks and Gopuff standards, setting an example for your team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance, providing feedback, and addressing any operational challenges that arise during your shift. You will also play a key role in training new team members and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
