What you'll do
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Starbucks location. You will report directly to the Site Leader and assist in executing store operations during your scheduled shifts. Your role will involve deploying baristas and delegating tasks to ensure that the Starbucks Experience is consistently delivered to customers. You will monitor order accuracy and work to ensure fast and efficient delivery, contributing to the overall success of the store. You will also be expected to model and uphold the standards set by both Starbucks and Gopuff, ensuring that your team adheres to these guidelines.
