What you'll do

As an AI Engineer at Gorgias, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the Gorgias Decision Engine, which integrates AI capabilities to automate workflows and provide actionable insights. You will work closely with the Decision Intelligence team to enhance the platform's functionality and ensure it meets the evolving needs of our customers.

You will collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven features that improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve experimenting with various AI models and techniques to find the best solutions for our platform.
