You thrive on building new and differentiated capabilities, motivated by the urgency of delivering valuable software-driven outcomes. Your curiosity drives you to solve complex problems, and you appreciate the importance of face-to-face interactions with end users. You possess exceptional judgment in balancing competing priorities and making tradeoffs, and you are flexible, valuing outcomes over processes in ambiguous environments.

You are ready to take ownership of your work and are excited about the impact your contributions will have on national security.
What you'll do

You will assess, prioritize, and correct gaps in prototype solutions based on user feedback, collaborating closely with product managers to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Your role will involve building and delivering working, customer-facing prototypes that demonstrate the value of your solutions. You will need to iterate quickly, adapting to feedback and making necessary adjustments to meet user expectations.
This position may require up to 75% travel, as you will be working in the field with customers to ensure that the solutions you develop are effective and meet their needs. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and is committed to transforming Defense Acquisition processes through software-driven solutions.
