What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Grafana, you will be part of the synthetics squad, responsible for developing and maintaining Grafana k6 and Grafana Cloud Synthetics. You will design and implement features that enhance the monitoring capabilities of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse user base. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient code and conducting thorough testing to maintain high standards of quality.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of our monitoring solutions, helping thousands of companies manage their observability strategies effectively.

You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and mentoring junior engineers. Your insights will help shape the technical direction of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
