What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Grafana, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Grafana k6, a performance testing tool designed for developers and QA engineers. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will also engage with the community to gather feedback and improve the tool based on real-world usage. Your contributions will directly impact the developer experience, making performance testing more practical and approachable. You will work closely with other engineers to implement new features and optimize existing ones, ensuring that Grafana k6 remains a leading solution in the market.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for Grafana k6, aligning your work with the company's goals and vision.
