What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana, you will be the primary technical resource for customers, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of Grafana's observability solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations, hands-on enablement sessions, and technical evaluations to showcase the value of Grafana's tools. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

You will also engage with existing customers to ensure they are successfully utilizing Grafana's products, providing ongoing support and education. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction and retention, as you work to resolve any technical challenges they may encounter. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of technical documentation and resources that enhance the customer experience.
