What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Grafana's Adaptive Telemetry features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate metrics, logs, and traces into a cohesive observability platform. Your contributions will directly impact how users monitor and visualize their data, ensuring they have the tools they need to make informed decisions.

You will lead technical discussions and collaborate with other engineers to define best practices for backend development. Your role will involve writing high-quality code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth.
