What you'll do

As a Staff Backend Engineer at Grafana, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Grafana Cloud platform. You will design and implement backend services that integrate metrics, logs, and traces, ensuring that our observability solutions are robust and efficient. You will collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to deliver features that meet user needs and improve overall system performance.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge of best practices in backend development and observability. Your role will involve participating in code reviews, contributing to architectural discussions, and helping to shape the technical direction of the team.
