Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in driving growth strategies that enhance user acquisition and retention. Your background includes a strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles, and you are adept at leading high-impact experiments that contribute to sustainable growth. You are data-driven and comfortable using SQL to analyze metrics and inform your decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and design teams to create products that users love. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about building products that not only meet user needs but also delight them, and you understand the importance of user feedback in shaping product direction.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics platforms that help track user engagement and product performance. You may also have experience in a startup environment, where agility and adaptability are key to success. A background in AI or productivity tools can further enhance your fit for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Grammarly's growth initiatives, driving strategies that span the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention. You will lead high-impact experiments aimed at optimizing user activation and engagement, ensuring that our products not only attract users but also keep them coming back.
