Who you are

You are a data-driven and product-obsessed Growth Product Manager with a passion for unlocking growth through experimentation. You thrive on discovery and have a knack for designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests that drive user engagement and conversion. Your experience in mobile marketing or related fields has equipped you with the skills to understand the nuances of user behavior and market dynamics.

With a strong analytical mindset, you are comfortable working with data to derive insights that inform product decisions. You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to ensure that growth strategies are effectively implemented. Your ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly makes you a valuable asset in any team.

You have a proven track record of running successful growth experiments and are familiar with the tools and methodologies that drive effective A/B testing. You understand the importance of metrics and KPIs in measuring success and are adept at using analytics platforms to track performance.

Desirable

Experience with mobile marketing platforms or tools is a plus, as is familiarity with Apple Ads and ASO strategies. You are always eager to learn and share knowledge with your team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the growth strategy for SplitMetrics' ecosystem of products. You will design and execute A/B tests across the entire user funnel, from initial activation to retention, ensuring that each experiment is aligned with broader business objectives. Your insights will help shape product features and marketing strategies that resonate with users.

You will collaborate closely with product teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights. Your role will involve analyzing user behavior and market trends to inform product development and marketing campaigns. You will also work with stakeholders to define success metrics and track the impact of growth initiatives.

As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of experimentation within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and a willingness to test new ideas. You will mentor junior team members and share best practices for running effective experiments, contributing to their professional growth.
