Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in performance marketing with a focus on visual channels such as Paid Social, Display, and Video. With at least 5 years of experience, you've successfully led marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition and engagement across multiple platforms. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform creative strategies and optimize campaigns effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Creative. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the marketing process. You are passionate about testing and iterating on creative concepts to maximize performance and achieve growth targets.

Desirable

Experience in mobile app marketing is a plus, as you will be responsible for expanding mobile app acquisition strategies. Familiarity with incrementality testing and data-driven creative testing frameworks will set you apart. You are comfortable using various analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-backed decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing initiatives across Paid Social, Display, and YouTube. You will manage a small team of channel specialists, guiding them in their efforts to create impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Your focus will be on scaling performance levers and continuously improving customer acquisition strategies.

You will develop and implement a data-driven creative testing framework to optimize campaign performance. This includes analyzing results, identifying trends, and making recommendations for future campaigns. You will also oversee the desktop acquisition strategy for these channels, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will partner closely with Data Science to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights. Working with Product and Engineering teams, you will ensure that marketing initiatives are integrated seamlessly with product offerings. Your creative collaboration with the Creative team will help produce compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
