You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling marketing programs across multiple channels. Your leadership skills enable you to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
You possess a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies, including lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer retention. Your experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms empowers you to create personalized customer journeys that enhance user experience and drive loyalty. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable experimenting with creative marketing tactics to achieve measurable results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that encompass TV, OTT, OOH, Print, Digital, Email, SMS, Push, and SEO. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, from initial engagement to conversion and retention. Your analytical mindset will help you assess campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics such as LTV:CAC.
You will lead an in-house marketing team and collaborate with external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives. Your role will involve developing and managing budgets for various marketing channels, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact. You will also be tasked with reporting on campaign performance and presenting insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
