You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on cross-product services or platform development. You possess a strong understanding of user provisioning and team management, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with design and engineering teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to leverage technical platform depth to enhance customer experiences across multiple products. You are comfortable navigating complex projects and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You understand the importance of fostering a strong team culture and are committed to driving innovation within your team. Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead product development for the Cross Product Services team at Superhuman. You will shape the critical services that power multi-product experiences, including account management and user provisioning. Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams, you will build flexible systems that enhance the overall product portfolio. You will define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and translating those insights into actionable product strategies. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of product initiatives and iterating based on user feedback. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth of the product management function within the organization.
