Grammarly is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive activation and expansion across their product suite. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience and increase customer lifetime value. This role requires expertise in product-led growth strategies.

Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in driving user activation and growth strategies. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, and Sales, to create cohesive messaging and user experiences across multiple products. You understand the importance of product-led growth and have successfully implemented strategies that enhance user engagement and retention.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess user behavior and identify opportunities for product expansion. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and experiences that resonate with users is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at building relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or productivity software space is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that enhance user collaboration and productivity. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and have a track record of leveraging insights to drive marketing initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define how users experience and adopt multiple products within the Superhuman suite. You will craft messaging that connects the various offerings and work closely with teams to design strategies that unlock cross-product value. Your focus will be on driving user activation and ensuring that customers see the value in expanding their use of the product suite.
You will collaborate with the Growth team to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote user engagement and retention. This includes designing lifecycle marketing campaigns that guide users through their journey with the product. You will also partner with Sales to align on messaging and ensure that the value proposition is clearly communicated to potential customers.
Your role will involve analyzing user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will use these insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance the overall user experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking the success of your initiatives and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
