Who you are

You have a strong background in compliance management, particularly with ISO standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 17025. Your experience includes developing and implementing information security frameworks and quality management systems, ensuring that all processes meet regulatory requirements. You are skilled in conducting risk assessments and managing compliance registers, which are crucial for maintaining certifications and licenses.

You possess excellent organizational skills and can coordinate internal audits across various compliance domains. Your ability to develop incident response procedures for security and intellectual property incidents demonstrates your proactive approach to risk management. You understand the importance of creating a compliance dashboard to track and visualize compliance metrics effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish the ISO 27001 information security framework and lead the SOC2 readiness efforts for Graphcore. You will manage customer audit preparations, focusing on security, quality, and intellectual property protection. Your responsibilities will include developing non-disclosure agreements and data handling protocols for customer co-location, as well as creating physical security controls for customer-dedicated lab spaces.

You will also implement the ISO 9001 quality framework for test operations and establish an ISO 17025 lab accreditation roadmap. Your role will involve designing a document control hierarchy that includes policies, procedures, and work instructions. You will coordinate internal audits and manage the compliance register for certifications, licenses, and audit schedules, ensuring that all compliance activities are documented and tracked.
