Who you are
You are an experienced compliance leader with a strong background in regulatory interpretation and risk assessment. You excel in program execution and team leadership within a mortgage banking environment, ensuring that compliance standards are met and maintained. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes makes you a trusted advisor to your team and stakeholders.
You have a proven track record of managing compliance management systems and leading regulatory change management efforts. Your expertise in licensing and NMLS activity is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various teams across the organization.
What you'll do
As the Compliance Manager at Multiply, you will oversee the Compliance Management System (CMS) and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. You will lead efforts to manage regulatory changes, ensuring that the organization adapts to new compliance standards effectively. Your role will involve managing licensing and NMLS activities, providing guidance and support to mortgage operations.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with mortgage advisors and other stakeholders to enhance compliance practices. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, ensuring that all team members understand and adhere to regulatory requirements.
What we offer
Multiply Mortgage offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $160,000, along with equity options.
