Your ability to collaborate with various teams, including People and Finance, makes you an essential part of the organization. You are adaptable and open to working either full-time or part-time, depending on the needs of the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate the monthly payroll changes, ensuring that all employee data is accurate and up-to-date. You will be the go-to person for payroll-related benefits and pensions, providing support and guidance to employees as needed. You will work closely with the Global Payroll Manager to maintain compliance with UK payroll regulations and contribute to the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include processing payroll, addressing employee queries, and ensuring that all payroll-related tasks are completed on time. You will play a crucial role in supporting the rapidly scaling payroll operation at Graphcore, helping to deliver key technology into the fast-growing AI ecosystem.
