What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Graphcore's asset, material, and inventory management processes within the R&D infrastructure. You will build and operate the end-to-end material lifecycle that supports engineering labs and data centers, ensuring that every component, from GPUs to cabling, is tracked and ready when needed. You will create frameworks, tools, and workflows that ensure compliance and operational excellence across the global lab network. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive asset management framework, leading inventory planning, and establishing on-site spares programs across all labs.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and ensure that the necessary materials are available for their projects. Your role will also involve monitoring and reporting on inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices in asset management. You will play a key role in supporting Graphcore's mission to drive AI innovation through efficient and effective management of resources.
