You are an experienced Audit Manager with a strong background in internal auditing standards and SOC frameworks, particularly in the healthcare industry. You have a proven track record of leading and overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing effective corrective action plans. Your ability to bridge regulatory requirements with practical operations makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

What you'll do
As the Audit Manager at Gravie, you will coordinate and lead all internal and external audits, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and critical healthcare regulatory audits such as CMS and HIPAA. You will facilitate the timely fulfillment of complex audit requests and act as the primary liaison between auditors and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve overseeing the development and implementation of annual internal audit plans and facilitating the annual enterprise risk assessment.
You will ensure that corrective action plans are implemented effectively and report findings and outcomes to leadership. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and industry standard practices, ensuring that Gravie's operations are compliant and efficient. You will work closely with a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
