What you'll do
As the Director of Product Management for Trust & Safety at Grindr, you will lead efforts to enhance the integrity of user accounts and activities on the platform. This includes developing strategies to eliminate spam, fake accounts, and harmful conduct, ensuring that only adults are using the service. You will collaborate closely with the customer experience team to improve operations and moderation processes, driving the integration of new technologies into the product experience. Your role will involve setting the vision for trust and safety initiatives, defining success metrics, and ensuring that the product evolves to meet the safety needs of the community. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
What we offer
Grindr offers a competitive salary range, with base pay for the Bay Area between $253,500 and $298,000, and for Los Angeles between $235,500 and $277,000. In addition to a robust salary, you will be eligible for equity, benefits, and a company bonus program. We provide a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility while ensuring team collaboration in our San Francisco or Los Angeles offices.
