Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in data analysis and are comfortable working with large datasets — your analytical skills enable you to identify problems and develop scalable solutions that drive business impact. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with AWS analytics tools like Redshift and Athena, allowing you to extract insights from complex data sets effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Business Development — your ability to communicate findings clearly helps bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for developing KPIs that measure the success of product improvements and marketing efforts.

What you'll do

As a Data Analyst at GroundTruth, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to multiple teams — you will develop scalable analytical solutions that help optimize marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness. You will work with the latest AWS analytics infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience with tools like Redshift and S3, while leveraging location data to drive business decisions.

You will identify key performance indicators and monitor them to assess the impact of product changes — your insights will guide strategic decisions and help streamline processes across the organization. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into marketing strategies and product development.
