You are passionate about creating responsible AI solutions and have a deep understanding of the ethical implications of AI technologies. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Desirable

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and a strong foundation in data engineering principles would be beneficial. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data analytics tools is also a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Toronto-based AI team, responsible for architecting and building production systems that leverage Generative AI. You will develop and scale systems that integrate advanced analytics capabilities, ensuring the application of responsible AI practices. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Guidepoint's research enablement platform and data products. You will lead initiatives to optimize internal application architecture and create new AI-enabled products that improve service delivery. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
