Who you are
You have 1-3 years of experience in market research or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of survey methodologies and data analysis. Your expertise in Qualtrics is essential, as you will be responsible for creating and troubleshooting complex surveys. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively manage relationships with clients and survey respondents. You are detail-oriented and capable of converting large quantities of survey data into client-friendly formats using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside other project managers and teams to ensure successful survey execution. You are committed to fostering an equitable and welcoming environment for all team members and clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage online surveys throughout their entire project life cycle, ensuring that all aspects of the survey process are executed smoothly. You will edit survey questionnaires to fit respondent-friendly formats and programming formats in Qualtrics Research. Identifying and recruiting appropriate respondents to meet survey quotas will be a key responsibility. You will also manage relationships with survey respondents and vendors, addressing both technical and non-technical questions about the surveys. Responding to requests for quotes (RFQs) and assessing pricing and feasibility will be part of your duties. You will keep clients updated on survey status and ensure their needs are continually met. Additionally, you will work on ad-hoc project requests and collaborate with other teams across Guidepoint to assist in implementing surveys.
What we offer
Guidepoint offers a hybrid work environment based in New York City, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 USD, depending on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
